Frequently asked questions
- What counts toward database size?
- Everything stored in your databases: your tables and records, plus change logs, comments, workflow history and emails. Files you upload count toward file storage instead. The total covers all databases in your workspace.
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- Nothing is deleted. When your databases reach the plan's total size, or a database reaches its row limit, new rows are paused until you remove data or upgrade. Workflow runs above the concurrent limit wait in a queue, and when the monthly runs are used up, new runs resume in the next billing period.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Every new workspace starts on the Free plan. You only add payment details when you upgrade.
- How do upgrades and downgrades work?
- You can change your plan any time from Billing in your workspace settings. Upgrades apply right away and you only pay the difference for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
- Where is my data stored?
- In the EU. Every workspace gets its own isolated database, with a change log for your records.
- Do prices include VAT?
- Prices are shown in euros per month, excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your billing details.
